Punjab National Bank (PNB) is inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens for the engagement of 5138 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This recruitment drive aims to provide skill training and professional experience to graduates across various branches of the bank. The engagement duration is fixed for one year, consisting of basic training and on-the-job training.

Educational Qualification
The candidate must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised Institute or University. The results for the degree must have been declared on or before 31 December 2025. Additionally, proficiency in the local language of the applied State/UT is mandatory.

Salary and Stipend Details
Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend based on the location of their branch placement:
- Rural / Semi-Urban / Urban Branches: Rs. 12,300/- per month
- Metro Branches: Rs. 15,000/- per month
