Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Engineer Trainee / Deputy Engineer: B.E. / B.Tech degree in relevant engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, Metallurgy, etc.) with minimum 55% marks.
- Management Trainee / HR Manager: Graduate with MBA/PGDM (02 years) in HR/Personnel Management with minimum 55% marks.
- Management Trainee (Finance): Graduate in Commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA or MBA in Finance.
- Clerk ‘C’: Graduation in any stream with basic computer knowledge.
- Operator ‘A’: 10th Pass with Science and Mathematics background.
- Hindi Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with relevant elective subjects.
Age Limit (as on 31.01.2026)
- Deputy General Manager: Maximum 48 Years
- Sr. Manager: Maximum 42 Years
- Deputy Engineer / Personnel Officer: Maximum 30 Years
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: Maximum 27 Years
- Clerk ‘C’: Maximum 30 Years
- Operator ‘A’: Maximum 25 Years
- Hindi Officer (Contract): Maximum 63 Years
Note: Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PwBD candidates as per Government of India norms.

Salary & Allowances
The selected candidates will receive a competitive salary package as per the post grade:
- Deputy General Manager (E5): Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/- per month
- Deputy Engineer (E1): Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/- per month
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: Rs. 40,000 (1st Year) / Rs. 45,000 (2nd Year)
- Clerk ‘C’ (NE5): Rs. 20,000 – 65,000/- per month
- Operator ‘A’ (NE3): Rs. 17,500 – 50,000/- per month
