Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications from a recognised institute:
- Full-time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a Central or State Institute of Hotel Management (CIHM/SIHM/PIHM) affiliated to NCHM&CT, UGC, AICTE, or the Government of India.
- BBA or MBA in Culinary Arts from Indian Culinary Institutes under the Ministry of Tourism.
- B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science from Government recognised Universities affiliated to UGC, AICTE, or State Government.
- M.B.A. in Tourism and Hotel Management from Government recognised Universities.
Age Limit (as of the date of interview)
The maximum age limit for the recruitment is as follows:
- UR (Unreserved): 27 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 30 Years
- SC/ST: 32 Years
- PwBD: 37 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation as per government rules (Service rendered + 3 years).
Salary and Allowances
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration and additional allowances as mentioned below:
- Monthly Salary (CTC): Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- Daily Allowance: Rs. 350/- per day for on-duty on-board trains (calculated based on hours worked).
- Lodging Charges: Rs. 240/- for night stays at outstations.
- National Holiday Allowance: Rs. 384/- per National Holiday worked.
- Medical Insurance: Reimbursement of Rs. 1,400 to Rs. 2,000 per month based on age.
