Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from a recognised university or institute:
- BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- ME / M.Tech or equivalent degree.
- Post Graduate Degree in Science (M.Sc) or Computer Applications (MCA) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- PhD in a relevant discipline.
Relevant disciplines include Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IoT, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, and Information Security.
Age Limit (as of 20-02-2026)
- Maximum Age Limit: 56 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Ex-servicemen as per Government of India norms.
- Government employees are eligible for an age relaxation of up to 5 years.
