Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements based on the post applied for:
- Diploma Technician: Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Electronics Engineering (10+3 system) with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Technician (Various Trades): 10th Standard + NTC (ITI) + NAC, or 10th Standard + Direct 3-year NAC in the respective trade.
- Security Guard: Ex-Servicemen with PUC/Intermediate or SSLC with 3 years of military service.
- Fireman: Ex-Servicemen with PUC/Intermediate + Fire Fighting Course Certificate + Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
- Aircraft Technician: Diploma in Engineering or equivalent service diploma from Indian Air Force/Army/Navy.
Age Limit (as of 11-02-2026)
- Maximum Age: 28 years for Unreserved (UR) and EWS candidates.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Relaxation of 3 years (up to 31 years).
- SC/ST: Relaxation of 5 years (up to 33 years).
- PwBD: Relaxation of 10 years (up to 38 years).
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Government rules based on military service duration.
Salary and Allowances
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary as follows:

Selection Process
The selection will be based on the following stages:
- Physical Test: Only for Security Guard and Fireman positions.
- Written Test: 2.5 hours duration featuring 160 Multiple Choice Questions (General Awareness, English, Reasoning, and Discipline-specific).
- Document Verification: Verification of original certificates and identity.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must meet the prescribed medical standards of HAL.
