Post-Training Designation: Assistant Manager (E1 Grade)

Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT)

Total Marks: 200

Structure:

  • Part I – Domain Knowledge: 100 marks | 40 minutes
  • Part II – Aptitude Test: 100 marks | 80 minutes

Minimum Qualifying Percentile:

  • UR/EWS: 50 percentile in each part
  • SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD: 40 percentile in each part

2. Group Discussion & Interview

Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on CBT scores.

3. Final Merit List Weightage

  • CBT: 75%
  • Group Discussion: 10%
  • Interview: 15%

Tie-Breaking Rules:

  • Higher marks in CBT
  • If still tied, higher marks in B.E./B.Tech
