Educational Qualification
- Customer Service Associate (CSA): Graduation or Post Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university. Knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in Hindi and English are preferred.
- Probationary Officers (Scale-I): Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks in any discipline.
- IT Officer (Scale-I/II): B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or MCA with minimum 60% marks. Scale-II requires 2 years of relevant experience.
- Chartered Accountant (Scale-I/II): Must be a qualified CA from ICAI. Scale-II requires 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Credit/Risk Officers: MBA (Finance) or Master's Degree in Maths/Statistics with 60% marks.
- Law Officer: LLB with 50% marks and enrollment with the Bar Council. Experience required for Scale-II.
- Agricultural Field Officer (AFO): 4-year degree in Agriculture or allied sciences with 50% marks.

Salary and Allowances
Selected candidates will receive competitive pay scales along with applicable allowances as per bank rules.
- Customer Service Associate (CSA): Rs. 24,050 to Rs. 64,480 per month.
- Officers Grade/Scale-I: Rs. 48,480 to Rs. 85,920 per month.
- Managers Grade/Scale-II: Rs. 64,820 to Rs. 93,960 per month.
Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of the following stages:
- Online Written Examination: Objective type test covering Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude. Professional Knowledge is tested for Specialist roles.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify in the online test will be shortlisted for a personal interview.
