Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Computer Operator/Society Manager: Graduation from a recognised university with knowledge of Hindi and English typing. Additionally, a one-year computer diploma (UGC/DOEACC/COPA) is mandatory. Candidates with B.E (CSE/IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc (IT/CS), or B.Sc (IT/CS) are also eligible.
- For Officers: Requirements vary by post, including B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT), MBA, CA, ICWA, or Post Graduation in relevant subjects with 1 to 2 years of work experience in the banking or financial sector.
Age Limit (As of 30.11.2025)
- Clerk & Society Manager: 18 to 35 years.
- Computer Operator (Sambida): 18 to 55 years.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/Female candidates and candidates already working in MP Cooperative structures are eligible for a 5-year relaxation (up to a maximum of 40 years).

Salary and Pay Scale
The salary structure varies based on the District Central Cooperative Bank (DCCB) location:
- Level-4 (7th Pay Scale): Rs. 19,500 - 62,000 per month.
- Level-7 (7th Pay Scale): Rs. 28,700 - 91,300 per month (Applicable for Khargone DCCB).
- 6th Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200 - 20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 1,900 (Applicable for specific districts like Gwalior, Rewa, Satna, etc.).
Selection Process
The selection process is managed by IBPS Mumbai and consists of the following stages:
- Online Examination: 200 Questions for 200 Marks. Subjects include Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to medical fitness.
