Educational Qualification and Experience
Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognised university under a regular curriculum.
Experience Requirements:
- Manager: Minimum 5 years of work experience in banking, in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above.
- Senior Manager: Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial cadre.
- Assistant Vice President (AVP): Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including 6 years in a managerial cadre (with 2 years in Senior Manager or equivalent cadre).
