Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The educational requirements vary based on the specific post. Below are the qualifications for some of the key positions:

- X-Ray Technician: Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) and completion of an X-Ray Technician course from a government-recognised institute.
- Clerk & Other Posts: Graduates in any discipline, ITI, Diploma, or 12th pass as per specific post requirements.
Age Limit
The age limit is calculated as per the prevailing rules of the Gujarat Government:
- General Technical/Specialist Posts: Maximum 35 years.
- Senior Planning Officer Posts: Maximum 45 years.
- Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for SC, ST, SEBC, and Women candidates as per government norms.
- Internal Candidates: Upper age limit conditions may be waived for existing SMC employees in specific cadres.
