Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
The age requirements for the respective posts are as follows:
- Foreign Exchange Officer: 25 to 35 years
- Marketing Officer: 22 to 30 years

Educational Qualification & Experience
1. Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)
- Qualification: Full-time Graduation from a recognised University.
- Mandatory: Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from IIBF.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, with at least 3 years in Trade Finance or Forex operations.
2. Marketing Officer (Scale I)
- Qualification: Full-time Graduation plus a 2-year full-time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM with a major specialisation in Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, including 1 year in the marketing domain within a BFSI organisation.

Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of the following stages:
- Stage 1: Online Written Examination (100 Marks) - Includes stream-specific questions (70 marks) and General Awareness (30 marks).
- Stage 2: Personal Interview (100 Marks).
- Stage 3: Document Verification and Medical Examination.
Final merit is calculated with a weightage of 70:30 between the Written Test and Interview.
