Educational Qualification
- Senior Capacity Building Consultant: Master's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Capacity Building Consultant: Master's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Experience Requirements
- Senior Capacity Building Consultant: Minimum 09 years of combined experience at District/State/National level in Panchayat Governance, Rural Development programmes, or Capacity Building.
- Capacity Building Consultant: Minimum 07 years of combined experience in similar fields related to Rural Development and Decentralised Planning.
Age Limit
The age limit for all posts is calculated as of 31 December 2025.
