Educational Qualification

  • Candidates currently in their final year (5th year of a 5-year course or 3rd year of a 3-year course) are also eligible to apply, provided they produce proof of qualification before joining.
  • Must possess research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and proficiency in using legal search engines like e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three distinct phases:

  • Part I: Multiple Choice Questions (Online) - Tests legal understanding and comprehension. Minimum qualifying marks: 60%. There is a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
  • Part II: Subjective Written Test - Evaluates writing and analytical skills. Candidates write answers in pen-paper mode while questions are displayed on the screen.
  • Part III: Interview - Candidates who qualify in both Part I and Part II will be shortlisted for the personal interview in a 1:3 ratio based on vacancies.
